Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
- Must have completed internship on or after 01 July 2023.
- FMGE candidates must have FMGE Certificate.
- DMC registration receipt is acceptable at application stage, but original is required before joining.
Age Limit: As per Government of India norms (maximum age not specified, but must meet DMC eligibility). Age relaxations apply for PwBD and reserved categories as per DoPT guidelines.
VMMC Junior Resident Selection Process 2025
The selection process includes:
- Screening Test (Written Exam – 1 hour, MCQ-based)
- Counselling based on the merit of the written test
- Candidates 3x the number of vacancies will be called for counselling.
- Final seat allotment based on merit and category.
