The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for NDA & NA II Recruitment 2025. A total of 409 vacancies are available for admission to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Naval Academy. The application started on 28 May 2025 and ended on 20 June 2025 (Extended).

🌍 Nationality
Candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

- Candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards set by NDA & NA guidelines.
- Height, weight, eyesight, and fitness are evaluated during the medical examination.

✍️ How to Fill the UPSC NDA II Form 2025
Step 1 – One-Time Registration (OTR):
- Visit https://upsconline.nic.in
- Register using your name, mobile number, email, etc.
- Create a password and verify using OTP
Step 2 – Fill Application Form:
- Log in and select “Apply Online for NDA & NA II 2025”
- Complete Part I: Personal, academic, and preference details
- Complete Part II: Upload photo, signature, photo ID, and pay fee
- Submit and download the form
Step 3 – Print Form:
- Take a printout for future reference.

✅ UPSC NDA II 2025 – Selection Process
The recruitment process for admission to the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) consists of two main stages:
📝 1. Written Examination
Conducted by UPSC, the written test includes two papers:

✈️ 2. SSB Interview (Services Selection Board)

- Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT)
Candidates who fail Stage I are not allowed to proceed to Stage II.

- Psychological Tests

- Conference
📝 SSB Interview carries 900 marks.
⚕️ 3. Medical Examination
- Candidates recommended by the SSB must appear for a medical fitness test.
- Conducted at Military Hospitals.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
📜 4. Final Merit List
- Final selection is based on the total marks scored in the written exam + SSB Interview.
- The medical test is qualifying, not counted in merit.

- Separate merit lists are prepared for Army, Navy, Air Force, and Naval Academy entries.
- The number of candidates in the merit list depends on vacancy availability and performance.
