- Marksheet
Swami Vivekananda Scholarship requires 60% marks in fresh application. For that, you have to upload the marksheet of the final examination of secondary or higher secondary in PDF format.
- Annual Income Certificate (Family Income Certificate)
The second document that will be required is the income certificate . An income certificate is required as proof that the annual income of the student’s family should not exceed two and a half lakh rupees.
You can print the format given in the svmcm portal, fill it up and upload it after signing the officer. Which you have to take from BDO office or any Group-A officer. In this case, online income certificate will also work।

- Admission Receipt
Any receipt of admission or fee payment should be uploaded as proof of whether the student has been admitted to the school or college. ( Admission Receipt/Fee Payment Receipt for Class )
- Student Bank Passbook
Since the scholarship will be directly deposited in the student’s bank account, the first page of the bank account must be uploaded . Along with that all bank account information like – name, IFS code, account number, MICR code will take time to fill up the form.
- Email ID & Mobile Number
- Registration of student’s own e-mail ID form will take time. Where will get all updates of next procedure of application.
- Mobile Number – It is mandatory to give mobile number in case of application. Because mobile number is required for scholarship status approval and login at various times.
- Government ID – Aadhar Card
Aadhaar card or any government ID (voter card, PAN card) application form will take time to fill.
- Passport Photo & Signature
Passport size color photograph to be uploaded at the time of form filling. The signature of the student should be scanned and uploaded along with it. That in the application form, will also be in the portal.
- Banglar Shiksha ID
For new registration, Bengalar Education ID has to be filled up. In this case, the schools where Education ID has been issued to the students must submit the Education ID.

- Last Board/Council/University/College Examination Mark Sheet: Submit a scanned copy of the mark sheet from your most recent examination. Again, ensure both sides are visible.
