SPMCIL is looking to hire a Chief General Manager (R&D) through direct recruitment. The selected candidate will lead the Research & Development function and report to Senior Management. Applicants should have a 1st Class B.Tech/B.E. or M.Sc with 20 years of experience, including 2 years at the E-7 level in a PSU/Govt. or reputed private sector company.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a first-class B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electronic Engineering, Printing Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Pulp and Paper Technology from a recognized university.
Age Limit
maximum age limit is 57 Years.
Selection Process 2024
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview and any other selection criteria deemed fit by the Management.
Pay Salary
The Chief General Manager position is in E-8 level with a Pay level-14 of the 7th CPC OR Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000/- (IDA) for PSU Executives or equivalent.
