- Navigate to Careers Section: Click on the “Careers” tab and select the link for SJVN Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025.
- Registration: If you are a new user, complete the registration process by providing basic details such as name, email ID, and phone number.
- Fill Application Form: Log in using your credentials and complete the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other necessary documents as per the specifications mentioned in the notification.
- Pay Application Fee: Submit the application fee through the provided payment gateway.
- Submit and Save: Review the application, submit it, and download the confirmation page for future reference.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): An objective-type test covering relevant subjects.
- Group Discussion (GD): Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for a group discussion.
- Personal Interview (PI): Candidates shortlisted from the GD will be called for a personal interview.
Salary Structure
The pay scale for the Executive Trainee post is as follows:
₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA)
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances and benefits as per the company policies.
Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training and thereafter serve the company for at least 3 years. The amount of the bond is as follows:
- General/OBC/EWS candidates: ₹10,00,000
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹7,50,000
