East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To ensure fairness and consistency, specific eligibility criteria have been set for the applicants:
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) under the 10+2 examination system with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
- An ITI certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
- OBC candidates: 3 years.
- PwBD candidates: 10 years (additional relaxations for OBC/SC/ST within PwBD category).
Application Fee
To Apply online for the RRC ECR 1154 Apprentice Recruitment 2025, candidates will have to pay the folowing fees:
- A non-refundable application fee of ₹100 must be paid online during the application process.
- SC/ST, PwBD, and female candidates are exempted from the fee.
Selection Process
- The average percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (with at least 50% aggregate) and ITI examination is considered, with equal weightage to both.
- In case of a tie, preference is given to the older candidate.
- If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier will be prioritized.
