Odisha Public Service Commission Eligibility Criteria
(1) Junior Engineer (Civil) under the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Odisha, Bhubaneswar:- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training.
(2) Junior Engineer (Civil) under the Directorate of Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack:- Candidates must possess Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by Odisha Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training.

Candidates have to apply online only through the www.ossc.gov.in website.
Submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
