Selection Process
The OPSC OCS 2025 Selection Process is a multi-stage procedure that includes three main steps: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview.
- Preliminary Exam: This is the first stage, consisting of two papers (General Studies 1 and 2). It serves as a screening test, and marks obtained here will not be counted in the final merit list. However, candidates need to qualify for the Mains exam.
- Mains Exam: Candidates who pass the Prelims will move on to the Mains exam, which consists of several papers, including compulsory and optional subjects. Candidates must clear this stage to be considered for the Interview.
