Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, or a Master’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
Age Limit (As on January 1, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC candidates: 5 years
- Women candidates: 10 years
- PWD candidates: 15 years
Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination: Objective-type questions to assess general knowledge and subject-specific knowledge.
- Main Examination: Descriptive-type questions focusing on detailed understanding of food safety and related subjects.
- Interview: Personal interview to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role.
