The Ministry of Finance is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 04 posts of Sr. Private Secretary and Private Secretary. The vacancies for the mentioned posts will be filled on a contractual basis in the Appellate Tribunal (SAFEMA), New Delhi. Eligible and interested candidates can apply through email or post.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
(1) Sr. Private Secretary:
Officers retired from the post of Senior Private Secretary and Central Secretariat Stenographer Service or any other similar service at the equivalent level.
- Experience: English Stenography Speed @ 100 w.p.m. Minute dictation will be transcribed into a computer within 50 minutes)
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have experience working in a Court/Tribunal/Judicial Authority.
(2) Private Secretary:
Officers retired from the post of Private Secretary and Central Secretariat Stenographer Service or any other similar service at the equivalent level.
- Experience: English Stenography Speed @ 100 w.p.m. (7 minutes dictation out of 50 minutes on the computer)
- Desirable: He will give preference to persons having experience of working in Courts/Tribunals/Judicial Authorities.
Age Limit
Minimum age 64 years.
Pay Scale
Sr. Private Secretary: Pay Level – 8
Private Secretary: Pay Level – 7
