Selection Process 2024
The selection process involves calling for applications from eligible retired personnel to form a panel for re-employment. This process includes interviews, the details of which will be communicated separately. It’s important to note that candidates suffering from COVID-19 or COVID-19-like symptoms will not be permitted for interviews. Additionally, selected candidates will undergo a medical examination to ensure they are fit for re-employment.
Application Process 2024
To apply for the position at IRCTC, retired employees from Indian Railways meeting the eligibility criteria should complete the prescribed application form and enclose self-attested photocopies of required documents such as the Pension Payment Order (PPO), service certificate, last payslip, and Aadhar card. Original documents must be produced for verification during the interview.
Along with the application, proof of identity and residence, two recent passport-size photographs, and details of work experience should be provided. The completed application should be sent to the Group General Manager at IRCTC, Kolkata, by the deadline of May 10, 2024. Additionally, a scanned copy of the application must be emailed to hrdkolkata@irctc.com.
