HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced a recruitment drive for 103 workmen i.e Chargeman (Electrical), Electrician ‘A’ Electrician ‘B’ and WED ‘B’ positions at the Khetri Copper Complex in Rajasthan.

Eligibility Criteria

| Chargeman (Electrical) | Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI with relevant supervisory experience in mining installations | 1–5 years of supervisory experience based on qualifications |
| Electrician ‘A’ | ITI in Electrical or Class 10th with valid wiremen permit | 4–7 years of experience as an Electrician |
| Electrician ‘B’ | ITI in Electrical or Class 10th with valid wiremen permit | 3–6 years of experience as an Electrician |
| WED ‘B’ | Diploma/Graduation/Class 10th with relevant certifications | 1–6 years of experience depending on qualifications |
Application Fees
1.General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of RS.500.
2.SC/ST and other reserved category candidates are exempted from the application fee.- Payment can be made online through the HCL portal.
Selection Process
1.Written Test: Objective-type questions will be asked in two sections—Subject Knowledge (80 marks) and General Knowledge (20 marks). The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
2.Trade Test and Writing Ability Test: This is qualifying in nature and evaluates candidates’ trade-specific knowledge and written skills.How to Apply
