Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 45 years
- Maximum age: 2 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy
- Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Architecture from a recognized university/institute.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma in Management or MBA from a recognized university/institute is desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
- Experience in corporate planning, project management, and business development is essential.
