Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a UGC-recognized university
Computer certificate of a minimum 3‑month duration
Proficiency in Assamese
Valid Assam Employment Exchange registration

General (UR): 18–40 years
OBC/MOBC: up to 43 years
SC/ST(P)/ST(H): up to 45 years
PwBD: up to 50 years
