Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (as of 1st December 2024)
- Generalist: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Actuarial: Graduation/Post Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences/Economics/Operations Research with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Alternatively, candidates with graduation/post-graduation in any discipline and at least 2 actuarial papers cleared from IAI are also eligible.
Age Limit (as of 1st December 2024)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process
- Online Examination: Objective-type test assessing Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Literacy, and Professional Knowledge (for IT and Actuarial disciplines).
- Descriptive Test: English Language (Essay, Precis Writing).
- Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online examination will be called for an interview.
Salary and Bond Details
- Stipend: ₹60,000 per month during the training period.
- Post-Training: Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be absorbed as Scale-I Officers with a basic pay of ₹50,925 in the pay scale of ₹50,925–₹96,765, along with applicable allowances. The gross monthly salary will be approximately ₹90,000, depending on the place of posting.
- Service Bond: Candidates selected for absorption as Scale-I Officers will be required to execute a bond to serve the company for a minimum period of two years after joining.
