Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSSLC (Science) with Biology as a subject and completed a one-year certificate course in elementary knowledge of Veterinary Science from a recognized institution in Assam.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

- Obtain Application Form: Download the application form from the official AHVD Assam website or collect it from the Directorate of A.H. & Veterinary, Assam, Chenikuthi, Guwahati-3.
- Fill the Form: Provide accurate personal and educational details.
- Attach Documents: Include self-attested copies of educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Application Fee: Attach a Treasury Challan of ₹250 for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and ₹150 for SC/ST candidates, deposited under the Head of Account “0217- Veterinary Services- 800- Other Receipts.”
- Submission: Send the completed application form and documents to the Director, A.H. & Veterinary Department, Assam, Chenikuthi, Guwahati-781003, either by post or in person, by March 6, 2025.
