Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MAHADISCOM) has initiated the online application process for 5347 Vidyut Sahayak Positions. Eligible candidates should have completed their 10+2 Secondary School Examination (10th) and obtained a 02-year Diploma certificate in Electrician/Wireman course from an ITI (Electrician/Wireman).

As of December 29, 2023, candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position. The maximum age limit for applicants is 27 years. Additionally, there are provisions for age relaxation as per the rules and regulations outlined in the notification.
The application fee for candidates belonging to the Open category is Rs. 250 plus GST, while BC/EWS/Orphan candidates are required to pay Rs. 125 plus GST. However, PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying any fee. The payment can be made online through the designated mode specified by the authority.
