Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Fire/Mechanical/Automobile) from a recognized university.
- Junior Executive (Human Resources): Graduate with full-time MBA/PGDM (2 years) specializing in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare from a recognized institution.
- Junior Executive (Official Language): Post-Graduate in Hindi or English with English or Hindi respectively as a subject at the degree level, or Post-Graduate in any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the degree level.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 27 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.
