Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics.
- OR Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum).
- Candidates must have passed English at the 10+2 level.
Age Limit (as on May 24, 2025)
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Candidates who are in regular service of AAI: 10 year
Salary Structure
The pay scale for the Junior Executive (ATC) post is as follows:
₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to allowances and benefits as per AAI norms.
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): An objective test covering subjects relevant to the post.
- Voice Test: Assessment of voice clarity and communication skills.
- Document Verification: Verification of educational qualifications, age, and other relevant documents.
- Psychoactive Substances Test: Screening for consumption of psychoactive substances.
- Psychological Assessment: Evaluation of psychological fitness for the role.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be medically fit as per AAI norms.
- Background Verification: Verification of character and antecedents.
