| Technician Grade I Signal | B.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation or BE/B.Tech/3-Year Diploma in above streams. |
| Technician Grade III |
For S&T: 10+2 with Physics & Maths or 10th + ITI (NCVT/SCVT). For Other Trades: 10th + ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade. |
