Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Communication Officer will be responsible for:
- Organizing and overseeing events and activities for SIDBI, ensuring effective planning, execution, and coverage in both mainstream and social media.
- Assisting the Branding & Communication Officer in developing strategies and frameworks to assess the impact of various communication initiatives.
- Developing and managing content for various platforms, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies for communication-related activities.
- Monitoring media coverage and preparing reports on communication effectiveness.
Remuneration
- The remuneration will be market-linked and determined on a case-to-case basis, considering the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- Annual increments on the initial Cost to Company (CTC) will be considered based on performance reviews.
